WooAsk transaction dispute resolution guidelines

1, general


WooAsk is based on knowledge and information exchange and outbound travel service business platform, launched the "WooAsk trade dispute guidelines" to create a safe, reliable service life for the user network environment, allows users to rest assured that the use of WooAsk to reach the service requirements.


2, definition

4, the application of the dispute processing process

5, the rights and obligations of both parties

(4) without the written permission of the WooAsk, the user shall not disclose to any third party any content of the coordination.

(5) WooAsk has the right to apply for a review and independent judgment of the transaction disputes submitted by the user, WooAsk has a complete right to agree to apply for or do not comply with the dispute resolution of the application will not be approved.

(6) WooAsk has the right to meet the needs of the rights within the scope of the user's personal information submitted to the complaint related to people, third parties for rights.

(7) WooAsk has the right to modify, update, suspend or permanently terminate this rule at any time, and without any legal liability to the user.

(8) the user initiates a transaction dispute complaint to the WooAsk, which means the user agrees to comply strictly with the WooAsk now and in the future release of all the rules, and agreed to the new rules for text processing transactions as the basis of mediation.

6, other terms

(1) all the disputes related to this standard are applicable to the law of People's Republic of China;
